Thus, the General Terms and Conditions constitute the content of an Electronic Services Agreement concluded between you and "BIMART 1" EOOD, owner of the electronic platform, and hereinafter referred to as SELLER.


These "General Terms and Conditions" govern the relationship between "BIMART 1" Ltd., on the one hand, and users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain (called for short "site"), on the other hand .

BIMART 1 EOOD is a company registered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, with registered office and address of management: Varna, 39 Sveta Paraskeva Str. And UIC: 206080090, VAT registration number BG206080090.

The contract arising from these General Terms and Conditions is considered concluded when placing an order with us, after you explicitly confirm the order in the system and it is accepted by us. After concluding the contract between you and the SELLER, the parties undertake to comply with the clauses described in the General Terms. The contract has legal force and the parties may be liable under current Bulgarian law.


The e-shop is designed for all persons who are at least 18 years old and are not placed under guardianship. The e-shop cannot be used by persons under 18 years of age.


The registration of a user profile in is NOT mandatory in order to use the site, place orders or ask questions using the forms. However, to take advantage of a user profile in, you must first register one. Only in this way you will be able to more easily make valid orders for the purchase of goods offered in, as well as a number of other advantages such as storage of delivery data, review of the history of past orders, you will be able to track more easily their price, take advantage of special promotional offers, etc.

All prices in the e-shop of the SELLER are final and valid for the day of the order. All prices of the products are in BGN with VAT included. All products ordered through the site will be delivered according to the conditions specified in the "Delivery" clause.

The final price of the order is calculated as the sum of the prices of all ordered products. A delivery fee can be added to the price of the ordered goods, depending on the products selected by the customer and the destination of the shipment. reserves the right to change the prices announced on the site without prior notice to users. If the wrong price is published, has the right to refuse the order and does not owe any compensation to the user, but undertakes to refund the amount paid in advance by the customer, if any.
Ordering from the SELLER site is done by following the steps described below. In case of any questions and ambiguities, please contact us at the contact details provided on the site.
1. Add products to the cart - after selecting the product you want to buy, please click the "Add to cart" button. With this action you add the product to your virtual basket and agree with the characteristics of the product. That still doesn't mean you buy it. You can then remove it from the basket or change its quantity. You can do the same for the other products you want to buy.
2. Browse your virtual basket - a picture of a basket is displayed in the upper right corner of your screen. Clicking on it. You enter your virtual basket. Here you can see all the products you have added. In the basket you can change the quantity of the respective product you want. By default, quantity is a unit. Using the delete button, you can remove a product from it.
3. Confirm the products in your cart - once you have added all the products you want to buy, you need to confirm that you really want to buy these products. To confirm the contents of your basket, you must first give your consent using the "I agree to the terms and conditions" button. With this action you enter into a contract in case you place an order with us and agree with the products that are described in the basket, as well as their characteristics and quantity.
4. Enter your data - after confirming the products in your basket, the system will request your data. Please fill in all required fields to process and deliver your order. In case you want to be issued an invoice, please tick the "I want an invoice" button and fill in the required information. Your invoice will accompany the product.
5. View the entered data - here the site shows the value of your order and your personal data that you have entered for delivery. If a correction is needed, you can go back and correct items from the order or data to send the order.
6. Place your order - to place an order with the SELLER you need to press the button to send an order. With this action you send us your order and enter into a delivery contract, from which the responsibilities of the parties arise.

Once you have placed your order and when your order has been accepted, you will receive a message to that effect at the e-mail address you provided.
In order for it to be explicitly activated for delivery, your order needs to be confirmed. For this to happen, our consultant will contact you at the phone number you provided. You need to confirm orally the content of the order you have submitted. This is necessary to avoid mistakes.
In case we are unable to contact you within 48 hours on the specified phones, your order will be canceled. In these circumstances, it is considered that there is a refusal to supply, which does not result in any liability for the parties.

The execution of your order may be hindered due to the following possible reasons:
1. Lack of some of the necessary data of the user for delivery - phone, delivery address, e-mail.
2. The user has specified an incorrect or incomplete telephone or delivery address.
3. No payment (delay of payment) has been made by the consumer if he has chosen a bank transfer option.
4. One or all of the ordered goods are not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
Your order may be delayed for the following possible reasons:
1. Existence of force majeure, due to atmospheric conditions stopping the activity of the courier companies, quarantine conditions under which the activity of the transport companies is delayed
2. Accumulation of several consecutive national non-working days in which the courier services do not perform shipments
3. Lack of a specific item and waiting for delivery. In this case, you will be duly informed by our employee, who will contact you to confirm that you want or do not want the delivery to be delayed. In case you do not wish, the order will be canceled without any liability for the parties.
In case of problems with the delivery due to our fault, all additional costs for sending or receiving the goods are at our expense. In all other cases, the subsequent sending of the shipment will be at your expense.

Each consumer (if a natural person) has the right to return the purchased goods within one day within 14 days from the date of receipt, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason for return.
The cancellation of an order is made by contacting our consultant on the indicated telephone numbers. You will be asked for information about: the order number (you can see it from the email with which we confirmed the order), the name of the person who placed the order, as well as the delivery address.
In case your order has already been delivered to a courier for delivery, you need to make your cancellation upon receipt by the courier. In case of refusal upon receipt by courier, you owe the amount for transport, determined by the transport company.
In case the consumer wishes to return the purchased goods, he is obliged to store the received goods, their quality and safety until the moment of their return at The returned product must be in its original packaging, not used and not damaged in its commercial form (eg torn packaging, removed labels, missing parts, etc.) and accompanied by all accompanying documents - receipt and / or invoice, warranty card, instructions for use, etc.
The transport costs for returning the goods from the customer to are at the expense of the customer. refunds in full the amounts received by the user, excluding delivery costs to the user's address (if any), within 14 days from the date on which the user has exercised his right of withdrawal in the manner described in Art. 52 of the CPA.

1. Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery): Upon receipt of the goods you pay the amount due to the courier.
2. Payment by bank transfer: The payment of the due amount is made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by; upon receipt of the goods you do not owe payment to the courier.

Complaints for damaged shipment are made at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, who fills in a statement of findings in three identical copies. The customer (recipient of the shipment) is obliged to request the original and a copy of the protocol, and then contact a representative of to file a complaint. undertakes free replacement of the damaged / missing item or refund of the amount paid by the customer, only after the submission of the protocol by the customer.

By using the e-shop, you agree that your personal data may be processed for the proper functioning of the e-Services Agreement. The personal data provided by you will be collected and processed by BIMART 1 EOOD in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the privacy policy.
