Deliveries are made by courier companies Econt to the customer's address. The customer is obliged to get acquainted in advance with the conditions of the respective courier regarding the conditions for delivery of the goods. Palmaerosa.store is not responsible for the fulfillment and change of these conditions by the respective courier.
The goods are delivered to the address indicated by him and Palmaerosa.store is not responsible for non-delivery of the goods in case the data provided by the Customer are incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
PRICE OF DELIVERY
The price of delivery is fixed - BGN 4.99 to the customer's address for orders up to BGN 80. This price includes all delivery costs - packaging, transport to your address, product insurance and commission for the courier processing the imposed payment
For orders over BGN 80, delivery is free.
Delivery is made within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation of the order.
REPLACEMENT AND RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCT
Upon delivery, we offer the "Review" option, which allows you to open an employee of the courier company. its contents due as a result of transportation.
Complaints for damaged shipment are made at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, who fills in a statement of findings in three identical copies. The customer (recipient of the shipment) is obliged to request the original and a copy of the protocol, and then contact a representative of palmaerosa.store to file a complaint. Palmaerosa.store undertakes free replacement of the damaged / missing item or refund of the amount paid by the customer, only after the submission of the protocol by the customer.
